Thank you for choosing OZ Filament Store for all your 3D printing needs. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Here’s everything you need to know about our orders policy:

Ordering: You can only place orders through our website. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Our website accepts all major card payments via Stripe payments. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is available to assist you.

Shipping: We offer fast and reliable shipping throughout Australia. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, and you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders are delivered by Australia Post.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package. We are not responsible for any misplaced orders once we have provided you with the tracking code.

Returns Policy:

At OZ Filament Store, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns policy:

Returns: We do not offer any replacements unless there is a manufacturing defect with the product. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@ozfilamentstore.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the product. We do not do any returns, but we replace the product for you.

Refunds: We do not do any refunds. If there is a manufacturing defect, we can replace the product for you.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@ozfilamentstore.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged products. Once we receive the damaged product, we will send you a replacement product.
